Returns and Refunds

Policy: There is a 50% refund for cancellations made 30 working days before the start date of programs. There is a 25% refund for cancellations made 20 working days before the start date of programs. There is no refund for cancellations made within 15 working days of start of programs. Substitutions or refunds may be made at any time without penalty.
