Alexandre Ribas
Alexandre Ribas became involved in consulting activities in 1996, opening his first company in 1998. In 2008, he participated in the Odyssey: The Business of Consulting program with John Butler in the city of San Diego, USA. This participation in the training program, Odyssey: The Business of Consulting was a game changer, leveraging not only his career as a consultant but also as an entrepreneur when he opened four other companies. He is the representative in Brazil of the American company TTI Success Insights and of Questools, from Portugal.
He is a graduate in Business Administration at Mackenzie University and holds a post graduate degree in Work Psychology from UFPR, an MBA in Human Resources from FIA-USP, and attended university extension courses in Psychology and Organizational Behavior at Harvard.
He possesses great experience in training and consultancy projects at companies such as Abbott, G.E., Toyota, Novartis, Nextel, ATECH, Volkswagen, Sulamerica, Amil, MWM (Navistar), BD, Recovery, Sadia, Aptar, Bayer, CVALE, Warner Bros, Clariant, FNQ, Cab Ambiental, Roche, Habibs, Covidien (Medtronic), Johnson & Johnson, Markem Image, SAS, Tokio Marine, WEG, among others.
In Brazil, Alexandre has already given training and orientation to over 1000 organizational and personnel development consultants, as well as having participated in several congresses in this area in the USA and in countries such as Italy, Russia, Turkey, the Dominican Republic and Canada, having had contact with successful consultants of over 20 different nationalities. All this experience will be used in his role as Facilitator in the Odyssey: The Business of Consulting program in Brazil.
The Odyssey concepts are fundamental for consultants who seek to correctly position and differentiate themselves in an increasingly competitive Market, which continuously requires greater professionalism and the ability to conduct their careers and companies as a business.
