Payment Policy

  • Full payment is due immediately upon acceptance to any me/course or webinar (see forms of payment below).
  • Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of full payment or Purchase Order number.
  • Bookings will remain provisional until payment or Purchase Order is received in full.

Forms of Payment

  • Check made payable to Odyssey Transformational Strategies Ltd
  • Credit cards – Mastercard & Visa.
  • By electronic transfer (please see attached Odyssey Transformational Strategies details).
  • Invoices will be issued on receipt of a Purchase Order number or client approval

Transfer Fees

Participants wishing to transfer to a later date will be billed a 10% fee plus any increase in the price of the program/course/webinar.


Companies may substitute participants at any time prior to the start of the program/course/webinar without penalty. Except in case of programs where applications involves successful completion of interview, psychometric questionnaires or other preparatory steps.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (letter, fax or e-mail) and reach Rolando Marchis, President, Odyssey Transformational Strategies Ltd. (Century House, Newlands Business Park, Newlands Cross, Dublin 22, Ireland. Fax: 0035314595949) prior to the start of a program/course/webinar subject to the following:

  • 10% of the full course fee will be charged on cancellations received up to 15 calendar days of the start date.
  • 50% of the full course fee will be charged on cancellations received within 14 calendar days or less of the start date.

Course/Venue Alterations

Odyssey Transformational Strategies reserves the right to alter the contents of any course or the director/specialists and/or the venue(s) due to circumstances beyond its control.

Incidental Expenses

Odyssey Transformational Strategies is not responsible for covering travel, accommodation, meals and other incidental costs incurred by the participant.

Purchasing Books/Ebooks/CDs/DVDs

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?

You’ll see an estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment on the order form, just before you place your order.

Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you’ve chosen, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. Also, orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we’re able to ship them to you.

We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you’ve chosen.

For example, if you order an item that is listed as “Usually ships in 2-3 days” and select standard shipping (which typically takes 3-5 business days), determine that your order should arrive 5-8 business days after you place it.

International customers: When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
